We are asking each guest to sign a waiver which releases our team from any liability in the event that you contract the virus. For your safety, our team is required to sign the same waiver.
All team members will be required to wear masks, and we require all guests to wear face masks.
The no show policy is still in effect, but you will not be charged if you are sick and call ahead.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow for 24 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling any reservations. Any cancellations or rescheduling after the 24 hour notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total service cost, due before scheduling of any new reservations.
Any missed reservations without notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost before any future reservations can be made.
Clients with a card on file will automatically be charged the total service amount during the time of the missed reservation.
Clients without a card on file will no longer have the privilege of booking future reservations until the fee is paid in full.
Clients who miss a booked reservation that also have future reservations booked will have all standing appointments removed unless fees are paid in full within 4 days.
Any clients who miss 3 appointments in a 6 month period will no longer be able to book reservations with us, but are welcome to walk in at any time.
